I've beem a marketing pro for many years. I started my career in New York City promoting luxury spas and hotels for a real estate investor back in the early 1980s. Since then my clients have run the gamut from historic sites and museums, to horse farms, Yoga retreat Centers and Spas, Restaurants, Gardens, Apple and Sheep farms and more. To the left is an example of some of my current work.
I am unique in that I work for people, companies, and organizations with both small and large budgets. My only prerequisite is that I can get behind the product or service, place or person. 100% authentic and real.

Books
Author
I am the Author of The Hidden History of Columbia County- NY (Arcadia/The History Press 2014). My newest book, Curious Hudson Valley, was published in the spring of 2017 by Arcadia.
While my books feature local and regional New York History, it's natural that people think I'm just a (big H) history writer. In fact, I love (Big L) writing history, and yes, I love writing about other topics too like horses and yoga, food, people, art and hidden places.
Writer
I'm a born writer. I eat, sleep, drink and love words. Some say I'm a total word nerd, but I can take it. I also love horses and riding. That said, I focus on writing books and magazine articles, blogs, and creating websites and e-newspapers on country living. I also ghostwrite blog posts and emails. I write press releases, annual reports, grants, fundraising and marketing collateral materials and newsletters. I'm proficient at writing online fundraising campaigns too. I love researching and history feature stories and books...and the list goes on.
